Student visa curtailment

Hey guys , I’m in the process of making a complaint to King’s College London regarding my student visa being curtailed under circumstances that I believe could have been avoided. According to the information on KCL's "I'm an international student and want to travel abroad after my studies" page, students can enter and leave the uk after completing their degree Unfortunately, I, along with other students, was only notified of my completion after the course ended.

This late notification has directly impacted my situation, as I left the UK for a family emergency shortly after my course ended, thinking I could return for my graduation and apply for the Graduate Route visa. I’m trying to address this issue with KCL and am seeking support from others who might have experienced similar issues or are affected by the same policy.
