Will I be classed as an international student? Also a small issue with GCSEs?

Hi all, I was born in England and have nationality there too , lived there my entire life basically but due to specific circumstances I had to drop out of year 11 and move abroad. So I didn't sit my GCSEs, I got one 7 in computer science but no qualifications for the rest, I'm currently in Pakistan and I've been here for the past 4 years, I decided 2 years later after coming to do my iGCSEs with CAIE, but the only school who would take me on considering by background and age etc was a newly opened school, which had people who weren't even qualified teachers, teaching. I managed 4 igcses and one O level in a year and got an A in O level English, Bs in maths, bio andd chem and a C in physics. I did much better than the rest in my class bc I basically taught myself and relied off YouTube. I am now doing A level (now in A2) Bio, Chem and Maths, got 3Bs in AS, but will ve trying to turn them into As this year, hoping to go onto dental surgery or veterinary surgery/ medicine, the school for A levels is a well known and a great school for education so I will be able to achieve the grade requirements needed for these courses FOR A LEVEL, but most if not all courses require 7 GCSEs at an A, or 5 at A, but clearly I haven't got them GCSEs grades but I will hopefully get the A level requirements (3 As) so can someone please help me out and tell me if I should resit my GCSEs. Or will they take into account what difficulties I had and look at the fact I have the A level requirements (im aiming for 3As) also please let me know if I will be classed as an international student or a British national, I have my passport for the UK etc, just been here nearly 5 years. Also like I'd be the first person in my family to go to uni so would universities be a bit lenient, I came to Pakistan during corona too btw,Thanks in advance.

You was born here in the UK? Also, you have a British passport, so you should really be a "Home" fee status student.

As long as you get your teacher writing your reference to mention you stayed in Pakistan for several years and could not take more than 5 GCSEs, then you would just need AAA in your A-Levels. 🙂
