Hi. What if you have already studied all/the majority of content that is on the Foundation Year from previous studies?

Previous studies where? At another uni? If so, then it's possible that you might be able to apply for RPL (recognition of prior learning), whereby you provide evidence of what you have previously studied, and how well you did in the associated exams, and the target university awards you credits for some of the foundation year modules without you having to actually take them.

If you're talking about previous studies which you'd done at A level, or independently, than those won't count. The fact that you've previously studied the content just means you should find the foundation year a breeze!
