Help with medicine application

Hi all I hope your having a wonderful day so far erm so i have an situation I want to do medicine like i'm really passionate about it however when doing the UCAT i received the lowest score a person can receive (2170).Is it possible for me to apply for foundation medicine or can i take a gap year and get more work experience and revise more for the UCAT.I'm just asking this because my teachers are saying this is unrealistic.

for those who are going to say why didn't you put more effort towards the UCAT I did try as i was averaging 2500-2600 on the UCAT.On the day of the UCAT i think i lost my cool as i couldn't even remember what to do for the QR

Hi, I haven’t done my UCAT but I can suggest looking at foundation year med ? Many people say it’s great and it’s just a yr extra - which u would do anyways in med skl if u decided to intercalate:smile:

- also I’m averaging 2400 and I really need 2800 would u say the actual UCAT was more difficult than medify ?
