I will be moving to the UK soon and have an opportunity to change my career. I am researching different licenses and certificates to help me stand out and enter a non-competitive profession.

There won't be such a thing because there's no point in making it. You choose a career based on your education, skills and interests. Some careers require certification, primarily because they have substantial safety considerations (medical, electrical, plumbing, building, aircraft engineer etc), but that doesn't make them any more or less well paid, in demand, or competitive than careers that don't require official certifications/licences.
You need to look at the career your education, skills and interests best suit you to do, and then consider what qualifications might be needed to begin in that career.
