Do you mean you have a full A level taken early with an A* grade, plus BCC predictions for 3 A levels being taken this year?

BCC on its own is not going to get you an offer from any Russell Group Uni for Law.

Your problem is that you have an unusual grade set.
Most top Unis for Law want AAA, and they mean AAA, not one good grade and 3 weaker ones.

Law at top Unis by definition will not need to be in Clearing - they are competitive, will attract top applicants, and they will not need to use Clearing to fill places. You can either apply now to mid-range Unis - those that might accept ABB for example - or you can work your socks off this year to get far better than BCC, and then apply to appropriate Unis in a gap year.

The following Law courses ask for AAB as standard offer but as an example, Sussex at 2024 Clearing were accepting far lower so def worth applying to 2 or even 3 of these :
Sussex - Law LLB : University of Sussex
Plymouth - Law - University of Plymouth
UEA - Course Search | University of East Anglia (uea.ac.uk)

ABB or lower :
School of Law undergraduate courses | University of Surrey
Aberystwyth University - Law M100 LLB
Law Undergraduate Courses - Swansea University

Hello @help4yr13politic

The University of East Anglia is a great place to study law, we have a beautiful building called Earlham Hall in which law students study. To look at the beautiful law school, please look here: https://www.uea.ac.uk/about/law-school.
UEA is also in the top 20 for law in the UK. To find more information about the modules on offer please look here: https://www.uea.ac.uk/course/undergraduate/llb-law. Examples of modules include principles of criminal law, EU law and competition law, but there are many more modules in the course and also the option for you to choose some modules.

For UEA it is AAB entry requirements, with a potential of a lower offer if you completed an EPQ and received an A. Since you got an A* though in one of your subjects, so you would have A*BCC there would be quite a good chance that you would get in with this but it would be worth contacting admissions to explain your situation: [email protected]. Please do get in touch and here is the link for clearing: https://www.uea.ac.uk/study/clearing, please give us a call on 0300 300 7994.

If you have any further questions we would be happy to help
