University of Southampton hall induction

On the accommodation portal I can’t seem to find the hall induction and I need to book a day to move in to Wessex lane. If anyone know where to find it it would be greatly appreciated.

I also can't find it, trying to access the student hub to speak to someone but seems overloaded.. no luck so far. Have you got an email saying it's available as apparently we're supposed to get one this week? 🤷

It's great to hear that you will be joining the University of Southampton soon!

I'd recommend to contact the accommodation team directly and check with them. You can contact them at +44 (0)23 80 595959 or [email protected].

Before I moved in last year, we got an email from the accommodation team where they informed us about moving in and the induction, so I'd recommend to regularly check both your uni email and personal email (and also the spam and junk folders just in case it accidentally went there).

I’ve just emailed support and they say induction is available on the accommodation portal we used to apply and arrivals booking will be available there from tomorrow. I still can’t find it though…

I have the same, other people say they've gotten into it but no matter how much I refresh the site I cannot see anything different on any of the accommodation portal pages.

The accommodation team is currently working on making the induction available on the portal and releasing the move in slots. They will be sending an email this week for you to complete the induction and book the slot. I would recommend to keep checking the portal, and if the issue isn't resolved by this week, please call the accommodation team at +44 (0)23 80 595959 and send them another email to update them at [email protected].
