anyone know if this is in the repairable zone or if i will have to replace

i’ve used tire sealant and it’s not losing air atm

Tyres are the most safety-critical components of the car. Don't compromise safety. Replace the tyre.

There's a good chance that a professional tyre technician would be able to fully and safely and legally repair that.
They will let you know if it can be repaired safely when the take the tyre off and see what's what with it.
