Hi! Has anybody on here applied for Audiology BSc? Anybody heard anything? (I’ve applied to Leeds, Aston and Manchester). Thanks
Hi! It's nice to see other people applying to audiology! I've applied to those unis too (as well as De Montfort and Swansea) but haven't heard anything yet, hopefully we'll see replies from them soon tho
Hi I've applied to UCL, Leeds and Southampton for Audiology. I still haven't receive any offers from them even though I've submited them long enough🥲, so if anybody who have received offers let us know in this thread!
update! : I've finally received my first offer from Southampton!
Hi I’ve applied for Southampton and South Devon College, but not received any communications other than acknowledging receipt of application. I’m guessing they might wait until end of January deadline to look at applications.

Is the South Devon program an apprenticeship degree or normal? I'm planning to apply but I'm not sure if it's an apprenticeship degree
First two years aren’t an apprenticeship. I’ve applied for the FdSc Hearing Aid Audiology course, it’s only the first 2 years of the degree. It’s delivered via distance learning with intense delivery blocks, then you take the final year to get the BSc which is an apprenticeship.

hi Were you already employed when you applied for the FsSc as I want to apply to that but it says you need to be working but there are no vacancies at all for a trainee hearing aid dispenser

I think that’s if you want to do the higher apprenticeship you need a placement. The FdSc you don’t, I haven’t got any working experience in hearing. I have an interview with South Devon in a couple of weeks via Teams.
