I've got an offer for Liverpool, Cardiff, Sheffield Hallam UWE and BCU. Haven't decided yet though, anyone else thinking of these for 2025?

Congrats on all the offers! Go the offer-holder/applicants days before you decide and ask for copies of timetables so that you can compare when placements are held. There can be a big difference in courses in terms of how many weeks of holiday you get so do check this.

it was a written exam for about 20 min then they gave us a tour and talked about the course then in the afternoon we had group tasks such as who would u save basically to see if you can work as a team. the written questions were quite basic interview questions but make sure u leave enough time for all of them. Any other specific questions let me know.

they always ask why this course so prepare an answer and make sure you have a mental list of things that sound really good to say such as work experience or volunteering or sport activities then work these into an answer. Also use what you have said on your personal statement i mean it got u this far. But most importantly remember the people on the other side want you to succeed! Good luck, if you have any more specific questions let me know.

thanks so much!
For interviews, make sure you know the NHS values and 6 Cs and relate any questions about your work/volunteering experience to them.

maybe Liverpool because that's where I'm from but I don't know if I want to move especially because we may have to move for placement again. Have you had your interview/offer for Liverpool?

Most students have placements in Manchester, Liverpool or Preston (although I think there are a couple of options further away) and usually return to their uni accommodation at weekends.
