Twin-Block Braces

I haven't worn my twin block braces in more than 4 weeks. My appointment is in 2 days. What do i do?

nothing! you cant really do anything now, your dentist iss defo gonna find out, just come clean to your dentist and face it. but you really should wear them, its gonna cause you alot of problems. coming from someone who went through years of Ortho treatment, braces, elastics etc etc
