The Manchester Metropolitan University not replying back regarding my Right to study

I got an unconditional offer letter on 19th August from MMU after having applied for BSc (Hons) Cybersecurity in the month of January to study the course from September 2024 onwards. I have received scholarship as well. I have paid my international student deposit as well as uploaded my photo and passport scan for my MMU Student ID verification. Now the next step is to complete my Right to Study Check. I have requested the international pre enrollment team, PBS Reporting and Visa Compliance Team endless amount of time to share the link via mail and I haven't yet received any response from them. September already has commenced and I don't know when do you actually send out that link...Does anyone know how much time it takes or if the MMU is reading this, please respond as already 2 weeks have passed by. They've just read that mail and haven't yet responded...I'm getting impatient. I am already on a dependent visa, been in the UK for 5 months now and this offer of mine has been undeferred from 2025 to 2024. I'm getting impatient
