1.

My first academic goal is to achieve at least a prediction of AAA, but preferably A*AA for my A-levels. More specifically, I want to try and get an A* in A-level history. I guess another goal is to actually properly decide my other 2-3 A-level choices. My sixth form has a 2 week period where I can swap/drop my A-level subjects. So, my final goal is to figure out a combo I’d be happy with, and that will help me achieve my goals at uni within the first 2 weeks at sixth form.

2.

Before lockdown I used to read for 20 minutes to an hour every night before bed, but due to Covid I lost that habit. So, I’m hoping to get back into the habit so I can start reading books I think I’ll enjoy, but also books related to my subjects so I can use them as super-curriculars in my personal statement. I also used to play guitar in year 7-9, but haven’t played since my GCSEs started. So, I wanna start playing again in my free time.

3.

To stay balanced, I’m going to try to be more kind to and not overwork myself. I’m gonna try and revise everyday for a set amount of time, but not for too many hours. And, if there are days where I feel too tired to study, I’ll make my purpose on that day to take care of my self by having a bath, going on a walk, reading, watching a Tv show, movie or YouTuber I like, or maybe focus on something else I need to do like my personal statement, coursework etc- I’m also going to make sure I schedule breaks during my revision to clear my head, as well as making sure I don’t revise too late in the night so I have time to wind down.

1) Firstly I want to finish my mocks and AS exams with the best grades possible so I can get predicted good grades so I can apply to best uni possible. I also want to manage my time properly so I don't feel stressed and burnt out during my Alevels. I want to work consistently in all my a levels because I chose them and no one forced me too so why not get the most out of it
2) I want to get into the habit of making flashcards watching yt videos of topics I learnt during school. And also I want to get into the habit of not making studying a difficult task but rather something I want to do for my own life and future. Also I kinda wanna get back into crochet but I need to manage my time first as I am still trying to work my way around schedules and to do lists.
3) on the weekends I would like to journal but idk if this counts as self care and possibly call my friends and play games then I study
