Car parking
My daughter is living in shared accommodation in Liverpool, she wants to take her car with her. The issue is parking permit as there is only 1 allowed for the property. Another issue is her insurance, she won't be a permanent resident as she will be home during the academic year. Has anyone experienced this and how to solve the permit/insurance problem? Any advice appreciated!!
