Hey, just wanted to ask what was the recruiting process like to get your role?
What do you think made you stand out from other applicants?

To stand out don't be boring. No one really cares about you if you cant be:
humble (volunteer, get a job in mcd's etc) (this is what was the deciding factor in my interview, my part time job)
interesting (think hobbies + activites)
a great communicator
Why? Because everyone you are competing with has the work experience, they have the daddy who got them a summer intership. They have straight A's. Stand out.

last year they got back to everyone around may

as in giving out offers?

nah like video interviews and all that

assessment centres were given out in may for the 2024 cohort so i think they’re going to take their time
