If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

Provisional license

Anyone had there provisional license processed and the return fee back and saying I have paid when I haven't they are saying cash the postal order but I haven't paid

Did you make an online application and paid for that? I have had my provisional licence processed after I've paid online. But because it's not my first one and I'm renewing it they said I need to pay the remaining fee by postal order
