Hi everyone,

We just wanted to let you know that accommodation applications are now open! You can apply using our online accommodation system. You'll be able to select the exact room you want to stay in, or if you prefer you can just make a preference, and we'll find the best match for you. Please note, you'll need your student ID to hand when you apply.

New undergraduates who make us their firm choice and apply for accommodation by 14 July 2025 are guaranteed an offer of a place in halls. All international taught postgraduate students are guaranteed an offer of a room if you apply by our deadline of 14 July.

A variety of self-catered accommodation options are available for postgraduate students on our Egham campus, including George Eliot, Highfield Court, and Penrose Court. If you are studying at our Central London campus, we have a limited number of rooms in central London (intercollegiate accommodation), reserved for our postgraduate students. Find out more here.

Please remember that once you’ve booked a specific room, you won’t be able to change your mind, even if another room you prefer becomes available later.

Be sure to carefully consider your options before finalising your reservation! If you have any questions, let us know.

Best wishes,
Royal Holloway, University of London
