They are pretty reasonable things to wish for and it’s good to be straightforward. Possibly mentioning loyalty at the outset comes across a bit serious. Perhaps try some more lighthearted words that suggest you want something more than casual. Having something special.. sharing good times..

I actually wouldn't.
If your looking for a relationship rather than a man who will pump and dump or put you in a situationship then you shouldn't be afraid to scare a few men off with reasonable standards.
If your female it's likely you have a sufficiently wide net that you can get plenty of men and filter them without leaving yourself short.
