i LOVE notion but i always have to try and find a template that works for me since i'm just rubbish at making one myself

The templates r trashy lowkey cuz they're either too minimalistic or too clogged w useless widgets 😭😭
best of luck!!

'Here we go again..'

Heya! I'm Moon and I had a year 10 GYG that didn't go so well. In fact, it was more of a shrink your grade. (Dropped 2 grades predicted off my sciences :eek4:). To be fair though, I wasn't in the best place mentally during year 10. Either way, I'm back to reclaim my honour and prove that I can indeed grow my grade.

'You're gonna burn out in a week.'

Not this time. I'll revise dynamically, basically like a normal person and do the parts that I'm struggling with more. What I used to do was chronologically go through all my topics, Every. Single. One. Obviously, that won't slide this year.

The JUICY part.

Let's give the audience what they want though. Here's my grades.

Spoiler

They're not bad, If i got this in my actual GCSE I'd be pretty happy. However, I have that urge to be better than everyone I dislike.

The delusional part.

Here are the grades that I want.

Spoiler

You can see that they're pretty close to my actual predicted grades, I think I could get them.

The part where she stops yapping.

So, that's a wrap I guess. The German Rant is going to be in a reply to this post. I hope you'll stick around to watch my major epic success/flop.
See you soon!!! ( ´ ` )

yooo a fellow y11! i can relate sm with what you said about your german teacher, it's so annoying especially when you know you deserve a higher grade like my cs teacher giving me a 6 after i got 8s for an entire term?? wishing you all the best with your studies 💗

I LOVE COGNITO!! I never knew he did maths as well as science! Its so easy cuz its all in one place too. I literally spent ages trying to get my green bar full for all my topics lol. Might have to study cheat on Dr Frost....

I bring the conflict AND the tension.

Genuinely messed up within the first week of term. I never knew we had history homework over the holidays and NOW I don't know what the question was. I literally just did a random 16 marker and i put OOMPH into this. Like when i say I was writing like shakespeare i MEAN IT. I dont even know if it was the one we were supposed to do but lets just hope the writing was good enough to wow the teacher over regardless.

The life and times of a girl called Moon.

This is gonna be the little section dedicated to my hobbies (aka what ive been doing instead of revision) So, recently I've been doing some graphic design, I've made a poster for one of my fav bands (boa uk) because there wasn't one that looked nice. It came out really good! Like surprisingly good for someone who hasn't touched software in months, and it was all on canva free edition so im even more proud. I'll post them on my pinterest because they look worthy of social media attention lol.

Extra hot gossip! Read all about it!

And here's some extra for all you lovelies who stayed (you get one Moonbux
collectively).

Now, lets get started. So before the summer holiday I was thinkin to myself and i thought 'I gotta put me first and cut out stress from my life' and I did just that. I cut off someone who'd been causing me stress and low self esteem. I felt the BEST i ever felt and when I tell you my skin started GLOWING and i had more energy im not even lying. THEN I come back and they're like.. acting really suspicious. Obv i dont have a main character complex so I just brush it off. BUT when it was lunch time they were hanging round MY table? Talking to MY friends? And just some backstory, said person wouldn't let me see my friends at all when i hung out with them. It was always 'Oh moon, they're YOUR friends' until we split, and then it was 'oh moon they're OUR friends'. Plus, I asked them for PHYSICAL distance as well because yeah. So yeah that kinda made me a little bit frustrated but oh well. C'est la vie.

As always much love from Me and..
SEE YOU SOON LOVELIES! ()/

Also, THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT!! It really means a lot to me! I hope you all reach your goals!

This is going to be where I post my next mini study steps, as I find that Chunking really helps me. My next step for tomorrow is to spend at least 30 minutes revising electrolysis, especially of aluminium. This was a topic that I did really bad on during the exam. So, I need to tackle it before it gets worse. I also need to learn about bond energies further as this is a relatively new topic that I feel shaky on and i would like to feel more secure before moving on.

Moon's giant leap!

And this is where I post my bigger goal for the week! My Big step for this week is to do a paper 1 past paper for Physics. I also would Like to finish annotating at least 20 pages of Macbeth in DETAIL. I want to ease in to the work instead of burning out again. So the pace is around 3 pages per day, which is feasible to me.

Moon and her stars!

This is where I post what I'm proud of achieving, no matter how trivial it is! This week I'm proud of myself for not being in a rush to get out of the door on school days. I woke up early enough to shower, pack lunch and eat breakfast when usually I don't have the time to pack lunch or have brekkie. Hopefully it carries on over into the next week!

Moon's wider reading!

This will be where I post my wider reading and how It's going!! I am going to begin reading On violence by Hannah Arendt soon. (Once it is available for loan lol) and I have recently finished reading Woman Hating by Andrea Dworkin, which was actually really insightful and I loved It so much. I want to be a Doctor so the fact I'm reading Political books doesn't really match, but I might take Politics as an A-level as I find it very interesting. After On violence I'll read 'This is going to hurt' because its vaguely medicine related and i've heard its an entertaining read.

See you later, supernovas.(*´)(`*)
