Sixth form college for physics

Hi, I’m starting year 11 in a few days and deciding on sixth forms is something my parents have pressured me to do. I don’t plan on staying at my current secondary school and so far my options have been St Dominic’s or Woodhouse college. I’d prefer Woodhouse even though St Doms is closer but I’ve been reading through the admissions requirements and “extracurriculars” were mentioned…I haven’t really done any besides dofe and some work experience at local primary schools and at a taylor’s. Could someone please recommend some extracurricular activities that could boost my application- preferably to do with physics. It may seem a little late but these past few months have been hectic and I haven’t had the time to worry about things like that. Also if there are any good state sixth form colleges in the north west london area pls lmk!
