Year 13 Study Schedule

I am starting Year 13 this year and I really need some help on a solid study schedule that won’t make me burn out by March. I find it quite hard to focus and my whole family basically thinks I have ADHD so any tips for that would also be greatly appreciated. I am studying biology, chemistry, and maths and am predicted AAB but I want to finish with A*AA-AAA. I have a part time job that I work Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5-7pm and also every other Saturday 9am-2pm so it would have to fit in around that. I’ve heard of people doing the 8-8-8 study method where you do 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of study (including lessons and free periods) and 8 hours of free time. Is this a good amount? Many thanks.

I mean its more to do with how much you need to study, if your starting Yr 13 already behind/rusty on year 12 content you'll have to put in more hours to catch up. But remember it’s not just about counting up hours it’s about how effective your study sessions are.
For example, spending hours making pretty flashcards might feel productive but if you’re not really engaging with the material, it’s not the best use of your time lol. But a quick 15-minute quiz could be more effective- And don't stress about how much everyone else says they're studying. Just because someone claims they've been at it for hours doesn't mean they're making the most of their time. Focus on what works best for you. PS: I've noticed youre doing Bio, Chem and maths so If it helps my uni friend is A Level tutor and they gave her a Tailored Tutors access coupon code thing so she could trial using the course to see if she wanted to set up a referral relationship or something but its TUTOR-ACCESS-1nf73T
