Didnt get into college

I applied for two colleges near by in january time and due to the fact that i was homeschooled and didn’t have any behavioural report from any of my teachers i didn’t manage to secure a place for myself an any college and both college said to be to fill out late consideration forms after gcse results day. gcse results came and i got 876543 ( the 8 and 7 being in the subjects i want to study for a-levels ) unfortunately even after filling out the form i didn’t manage to get accepted. Due to travel issues and personal issues these two are the only colleges that i could ever study in. Now it’s the 3rd of September and im totally confused on what to do as i haven’t gotten a place. i now have two choices on what to do. 1) Study alevels at home ( however i want to experience college a lot ) or 2) this year work on a couple more gcses / do a fast track alevel at home and apply again for next year to both colleges and try again however this time providing reports and letters from teachers. i need advise on what to do?
