Standing on your toes all the time can be an autism trait, or due to many other conditions related to her medical history, or she simply might prefer that.

Generalising all trans girls as “weird” due to one singular example at your school is not very nice. Especially as it doesn’t sound like it has anything to do with her being trans, and as you dont seem to know her at all.
