CAS got stuck at 61%
Hi, I'm a new student who is going to apply to Coventry University Coventry Campus. CAS progress only show 61% and still not progressed. It has been like this for a few days and I have already checked the documents they are not missing anything. May I know do I still need to get unconditional offer or some kind of things to get issued CAS from Coventry University.

Have you notified the uni of your achieved grades? They cannot issue you a CAS until your place is confirmed (aka unconditional firm).

If you have met all the conditions on your conditional offer letter, then you should have been sent a link to access the CAS Shield portal. Please raise your enquiry with the International Admissions Team, please see below their contact details. Your CAS will only be issued after you have completed all the requirements on the CAS Shield Portal, and it can take up to 3 working weeks for your CAS to be issued.

Unfortunately as the process changes regularly (it usually gets altered from intake to intake) it is difficult to say exactly what your issue is but please remain patient as the team will be working incredibly hard right now around deadlines and results day. For any in depth queries please contact either the CAS Team through the chat function on CAS Shield, or The International Enquiry Team on 024 7765 2152 or the Live Chat https://www.coventry.ac.uk/livechat/ as these are the official communication methods used by the university they are the best and most direct routes on offer to help you out. Please ensure you have all the documents required and up to date on the form and when contacting the team.
