Personally, I don't think paying for someone to review it is necessary, especially since it's not all that important in terms of shorlisting for interview. Definitely ask others to read through it though - teachers, friends, family members, any doctors you know.

Do not submit to any external online PS review companies.
Personally I do not agree with posting it / sending it anywhere because of the risks of perceived plagiarism.

Have you done your UCAT and determined your strategic choices for med school?

Do you know how your strategic choices use the PS, and if they do, at what stage?

Have you read their admissions policies in detail and worked out exactly what your strategic choices are specifically looking for in a PS?

And have you blended your draft to match that?

If not, you may have some more work to do.

If you have, and you are looking to share your PS with teachers make sure that they have a list of exactly what you have written it to match. Otherwise they might cross out the key bits because they don't think it's relevant.

Good luck !

Actually, if you have your UCAT and have decided your choices, have you sense checked them with the admissions experts on the which med school megathread?

If not put it in the thread in the format of the first post in the thread below.
