I’ve been sending emails and calling since yesterday to find a place at Royal Holloway University. I already have an offer but I think Royal Holloway would be a better decision for me however, nobody is answering my call on emails.

How long do they take to answer calls or emails?

You have to call their admission hotline +44 (0)1784 772455 then you’ll be on a waiting list and eventually speak to someone. They won’t have time to respond to your email as they’re busy with admission stuff. What course are you looking to study ?
