Boots jobs

Hello guys,

I need a advice regarding my job application at boots. I was verbally offered a job position for Optical consultant by the store Manager. I provide him all the necessary documents and he told me I will receive an email with links of Onboarding Portal. But I received an email from HR that my application is unsuccessful. It's quite strange. I talk with the store Manager regarding this and he said he will email the recruitment team about the issue. I don't know what to do so if any help or suggestion , I really appreciate that. Many thanks
