Philosophy and English at uni
Hello, I want to study philosophy and literature at uni to go into academia!
For my literature A-level I got an A*, the highest mark in the year also, and I'm predicted BB in my other courses (I'll be completing them this year). My teacher this year has said that he thinks I'm more likely to get an A though.
I'm not too sure what university would be best for me, I was looking into Durham, Edinburgh, and Royal Holloway but Edinburgh, despite it being my first choice currently, sounds dreadful. I did look into St Andrews as I'll be getting a contextual offer from all unis but I'm not too sure what will be best, Andrews sounds too remote.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
