Does anyone have any tips on how I can retain information better? Ispend a lot of time revising and even making flash cards/ posters doesn’t seem to help as much. Anyone have any tips on how to improve?
Hey!
I would struggle myself to retain information. The only thing that truly works for me is writing key points, watching videos about the subject, talking to people about the questions or sometimes making up little songs or rythmes to remember answers. I wish you all the best for your studies
I use gizmo and it tests your knowledge too, it’s like a flash card app

Yeah I used gizmo at the start of y12 but I never liked it as much, maybe I’ll try it again. Thanks I appreciate it!

Im going try this. Also the videos you watched, were they psychboost ones or different ones? Also do you have any recommendations for topic/past paper q sites other than physics and maths tutor?

Thanks!!
I would just recommend spaced repetition as the best method to use to retain information in the long terms.

Hey! I’d recommend looking for short summary videos online. They really helped me in the run up to my exams. I’d also recommend things like Quizlet to test your knowledge, as well as completing past papers.
