Triple science
Computer science
sociology
Maths
English

how to revise for the subjects:
triple science - I found making flashcards really useful and I recommend doing as many past paper questions as possible so you really understand what key terms the mark scheme is looking for. I used PMT quite a bit to find past paper questions.
computer science - hackerrank to practise programming and flashcards for theory. once again, utilise past paper questions!
sociology - no clue sorry!
maths - what I did was one past paper then I saw which topics I was weak on, did past paper questions for that topic, then repeated the process!
english - can't help you with language it was my lowest grade lol, but for lit i really recommend making flashcards with quotations on them organised by character/themes and also looking at exemplar essays provided by the exam board to get some ideas - i used these to make essay plans and better structure my essays!

when to revise and how long: little and often is best! don't leave all your revision till last minute. make revision resources for topics as you finish them in class and this will leave you with more time before exams to focus on exam papers and exam technique, rather than trying to cram all the content.
