Bypass codes for duo

Anyone having trouble logging into leeds student service? I have duo set up but it still asks me for a bypass codes. Cannot login through any other methods. Solutions would be appreciated.

Maybe delete duo and reinstall. Maybe a, screenshot would help, or describe what is happening. What site are you accessing eg uni. Leeds.ac.uk student services and it the same device you used when you signed up.
