I’m looking to transfer the tenancy for an en-suite,self catered room at Wellington Lodge, a privatehousing accommodation for university students inLondon. It is directly by the King’s College LondonWaterloo campus (10 minute walk) and merely an 8minute walk from Waterloo station. It is also superclose to the London South Bank University. Big, niceroom with large bed and lots of storage space. Thebuilding has study spaces, a lovely common roomwith breakfast, and big kitchens. Right in the heart ofLondon. 399 per week.
