Room available for rent near University of Surrey

My friend and I didn't get accommodation, and we found a lovely house with great location.

It is a 10 minute walk to the university, 4 to Co-op and 14 to town centre.
We are looking for one student who would like to house share with us as we need 4 people in order to have the place.
Preferably female

Hi, i would be glad to join you guys as i also didnt get an accommodation, i am a first-year student who is going to be starting university in surrey this year. i am in desperate need for an accommodation and i would be very grateful if you guys can offer me a room in the property. unfortunately, surrey didn’t give me an accommodation so this would be perfect for me.
