Advice for catching up on work in year 13

I've suffered quite badly with mental health issues in the past few years, which had a detrimental effect on my performance in year 12. I did close to no work and feel like I came away from the year having learned nothing. Sat year 12 mocks and achieved CCE, my predicted grades were set as BCC, when I know I'm capable of much more. I'd like AAB at least. I planned on doing lots of work over the summer but I didn't. Does anyone have advice on how I can catch up on year 12 content, while at the same time keeping up with year 13 stuff? I do English lit, biology and psychology. English lit is stressing me out the most - I basically need to reteach myself the entirety of King Lear and I have no idea what to do about it. Thank you in advance
sorry i'm no help here but i relate to your situation so any advice from anyone would be great
Maybe allocate an hr or two a day dedicated to year 12 content and make some revision resource so you can always look over it that’s what I have been doing since I have fallen a bit behind! But I’m sure you will catch up

I understand because I missed out some of the content in year 12 as well but I would say dedicate at least 2-3 hours a day with year 13 content so that you don’t fall behind such as at school like during free periods or at home and then find time to go over the year 12 content and find your weakest areas and learn the content using active recall ect. and practise questions to enhance your understanding. I do understand this may seem like a lot but from hearing how much other student study to achieve an A*-B it requires a lot of time. I hope this helps!
