back pain

i get back pain sitting/standing/stretching. it's not constant but when i lie flat on my back in bed at first it hurts quite a bit, it's not super bad but i dont like it. is it normal and how do i get rid of it

i don't feel like this is normal, but i'm obviously not a doctor. i would recommend trying to get a referral for a physiotherapist. i struggled with back pain when i was 7 and we realised there was something wrong with the curvature of my spine and physiotherapy helped me sm!

Get down the docs, and get signed up for physio. If not, buy a back brace from Argos, that helped me build the strength back in my back. Keep trying to move, it will ease but do seek professional guidance from GP they can rule out certain things. Also by a pulsio if you can afford, they are actual magic tubes.
