Hi, i just received an online letter from SFE stating that the DWP are unable to verify my national insurance although I sent it correctly. The letter states I have to return the form confirming this in a physical letter but I haven’t received this yet and I go on holiday for a week this weekend, so I would most likely be unable to send the letter off before my first payment date. Is there any way to fix this online as I would like this to be sorted as quick as possible.

Any advice is appreciated :smile:

Hi there, you can download the online letter and complete and post this to us. The official letter will take 7-10 days to reach you via post from when it's generated to you. Thanks, Jason
