Congrats on your weight loss. I'd try focus on your health and fitness rather than a clothes size that varies depending on where you shop. Everyone is a different height and body shape regardless of what the scales say. If you feel healthier and are happier with how you look, you're doing great.
spot reducing fat or changing bone structure is not possible I’m afraid, so like anon#2 said just focus on your own wellbeing bud

Hi, I’m around 77kg myself and want to reach 62kg ( doctor recommended) how did you manage to go about it, if you don’t mind me asking?

Hey. It took me a few years to just because i was on and off. Obviously you have to be on a calorie deficit but what helped with that was eating at a later time so doing either OMAD or IF. They both helped. You’ll feel fuller if you try eat everything in a short window. Know what you’re going to eat, homemade, meal deals etc whatever as long as you’re picking the right things. I did exercise but found the gym boring so I opted for walking/going on hikes and shopping hehe. Happy to answer more questions

Thanks. I figured acceptance was definitely a thing I had to work on. Weightloss was never gonna make me happier or content

Thanks. I never felt it was something to be praised about because I was shamed for it but a few lmaoo doctors or family. It’s gotten to the point where I know I need to be accepting of my body but I can’t help but feel I need to lose more weight 🌚
