I’m looking to transfer the tenancy for an en-suite, self catered room at Wellington Lodge, a private housing accommodation for university students in London. It is directly by the King’s College London Waterloo campus (10 minute walk) and merely an 8 minute walk from Waterloo station. It is also super close to the London South Bank University. Big, nice room with large bed and lots of storage space. The building has study spaces, a lovely common room with breakfast, and big kitchens. Right in the heart of London. 399 per week.
