Just started Year 10 and I don't want to mess up

The majority of people do worse in their mocks than in their acutaly exams, so don't panic. Make sure that you practice the maths in maths and physics, after a while it'll become second nature. If you feel burnout, that is okay, talk to a parent or teacher and explain it, they may be able to give you some advice on you to feel better. Don't worry or think about the future constantly, I made that mistake and it only caused me stress. It is very difficult to try and avoid that so don't get frustrated if you can't stop thinking negatively.

Things will always seems scarier and frustrating to you than they actually are, make time to aviod academic burnout, and build some confidence! Hope this helps

Don't cram last minute. Start 2 months before your mocks cause if you cram you'll get burnt out and you'll lose motivation. Set yourself realistic goals so that you can encourage yourself to work hard and revise but have a work life balance - so go out with friends and family time to time. Look after your mental health and physical health.
