My school is offering it, but I'm not sure if I want to do it. It would probably look good on my application ( i want to do medicine so these things need to be done ) , but due to some personal matters , I'm passing on it.
Instead, I've signed up to volunteer for a Catholic aid agency that helps people all over the world :smile:

I think that'll make up for it. :smile:

Guys you wont believe what just happened today :yikes:

so basically you know how I were learning for a computer studies test a few weeks ago right? :dance:

i got them tests back and we basically had to draw a mindmap sort of thing by memorising it and I did it really good now my teacher wants to photocopy it and give it to others in my classes yayyy

But I feel a bit down because I'm worried people might see me as someone who's like, 'I got full marks and you didn't, haha, lmao,' when all I really want is to show gratitude. I just don't want folks to think I'm weird. :puppyeyes:

and no I didn't say any of that , I just nodded and smiled at the teacher and said thank you :colonhash:

Well done! I had the same problem with my exam results that I don't feel like I can share or be proud of myself bc it will look like showing off but just remember that you earned those full marks and you should be really happy with yourself so well done! 🎉🎉🎉 <3

we've finished both paper 1 and section A of paper 2. Right now, we are into section B of Paper 2, which is all about the Normans. For my AQA History course, I'm covering Opportunity and Inequality, Conflict and Tension, Power and the People, and the Normans.
My favorite topic is Opportunity and Inequality in paper 1 because it explores American culture from the 1920s to the 1970s, which I find really fascinating. our class watched a bunch of movies related to this era, like The Great Gatsby and Charlie Chaplin films for the 1920s, and Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe movies for the 1950s.

feeling a bit nervous about taking the GCSE this year :banghead:
