If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

Grenfell reporting is shocking

I have read some bits of this and it shocking. Big changes need to be made to prevent this happening over again.

Feel sad for all those that died and suffered and this was totally avoidable.

It'll all be heading off to court and I'm pretty doubtful it'll result in any convictions for corporate manslaughter cos the failures are so widespread it'll be diluted responsibility. I guess there might be some convictions for fraud or other less serious crimes.

Next time anyone's tempted to get excited about hearing a politician saying there's going to be a 'bonfire of regulations' or words to that effect remember that safety regulations are written in blood, remember Chesterton's fence and above all remember that politician is almost always going to be taking donations from companies that'd love to cheap out on doing their job properly and safely.
