how to revise effectively

i'm about to start year 13 and im so awful at revising!! i did the bare minimum at GCSE so i dont really know how to go about it (my bad)
any tips on how to actually revise effectively would be grand. im doing spanish, english and sociology so tips on these specifically is much appreciated (please god help me)
also any tips on how to want to revise... because currently i have 0 motivation!!
Do practice questions every day. Maybe 2 or 3 for each subject (I did sciences, so I don't know how those subjects work). For motivation... I guess you could try to find someone who does the same subjects as you so you'll have something to talk about, then you'd want to study more so you know what you're talking about? Idk, it kind of worked for me. Practice questions are key though. Little and often... I thought it was stupid at first, but now that I've done my A levels I can see that it was good advice. Start now! There's no time to waste! You only have nine months, and trust me, it isn't a long time AT ALL. Little and often! Practise every day, but just a few questions so that you don't get bored.
