Do I stand a chance at getting into MIT for Early Decision?

My dream college is MIT, although I am not sure if I even remotely stand a chance with my record. Here are my stats:

Academics:
IB: 45 predicted (with 4 HLs)
SAT: 1590/1600
IGCSE: 6 A*s, 2 As, 1 B (A in English Language and Geography, and a B in English Literature)

Transcript grades (US colleges ask for report cards / transcripts received throughout the 4 years of high school):
Grade 9:
Semester 1: 4 A*s, 3 As
Semester 2: 6 A*s, 1 A
Grade 11:
Semester 1: 4 A*s, 3 As
Semester 2: IGCSE final exam results (mentioned above)
Grade 11:
Final report card: 777776
Grade 12:
Trimester 1 progress report: 777777

Awards:
1x Gold Award for UK Senior Maths Challenge
2x Silver Award for UK Mathematics Challenge (including once top in my year group)
1x IGCSE Top in Country award in German
11x departmental subject awards from my school
Honor Roll award in Grade 11
Student Council Contribution Award in 11th grade
Certificate for completing internship as a lab assistant at a highly prestigious research institution for neuroscience research.

Music:
Guitarist at an esteemed music institute since I was 11. But overall, I've been playing guitar for 9 years.
1st prize in a national guitar competition for youth guitarists
Invited to perform in several concerts at a renowned Arts University in my city.
Composing a music theme for my high school (I am quite adept as composing)

Sports:
One of the top players of my tennis club team (we earned lots of victories over rival clubs)
Tennis gold, silver, bronze medals at inter-school competition. I have been playing tennis for 8 years.
Special Olympics member for 2 years. I even worked as an assistant umpire for table tennis matches at the World Games.
I have also been playing table tennis for 4 years.

Leadership:
National Honors Society head of a committee for 2 years
Student Council class representative in 9th, 11th, and 12th grade
Peer tutoring students within and outside of my school (free of charge of course)
One of the editors of the school magazine (9th, 11th & 12th grades)
School table tennis club member (9th-10th grades)
School gardening club member (9th-10th grades)
Chess club member (9th grade)

I am applying as a neuroscience, so I really hope that my subpar IGCSE grades won't affect my chances too much. But then, I don't know. Do top US colleges like MIT care about IGCSEs as much as they do for IB and SAT?

I don't know about my chances. Should I just give up on my dream?

Doing well/getting a medal in an Olympiad for a subject related to your major is often par for the course for successful MIT admits, perhaps looking into that would be a good idea
Your stats look good, but whats probably more important are your essays and demonstrating passion for your subject and extracurriculars!
