Student loan 2024

Hi,

I have just had a text saying loan will be paud into my bank by 9th september but my payment page on student finance says it will be paid pn 16th september.

Does anyone know which date will be right ?

What do you mean by single parent element? Do you mean the Parents Learning Allowance or Special Support Element?

This is usually paid the same day as the maintenance loan. I cannot access your account over social media to confirm the correct payment date but if you call us on 0300 100 0607 or start a live chat through your online account we will be able to assist.
