Student accommodation tenancy takeover

Hey, i urgently need someone to takeover my tenancy at mansion place, Nottingham but I’m having no luck finding a replacement tenant. I’ve tried posting literally everywhere; Facebook, spare room, Gum tree, shared stories, group chats but with no luck. I really don’t know what to do as I desperately need to get out of the contract. What should I do please?
