Through the tall, wide entrance portal people moved in random directions, lines for train tickets were long, people grabbing mobile phones and cards to buy their tickets. Families greeting arriving passengers hugs and cheers and smiles. The smiling girl friend waving good bye to her boy friend. People struggling with large cases or pushing luggage trolleys. The screaming of train brakes blending with the scream of a passenger in flip flops, in tears of pain whose just had a loaded luggage trolley go over their foot while the trolley pusher continues nonchalantly. Scruffy oily trains glide along the platform, plastered in graffiti. Lots of colourful tourist brochures brighten the gloom. A young mother crying as an angry ticket inspector points his finger and shouts at her for not having the right ticket threatening her with court and criminal convictions. Passengers rushing for trains before their e-doors slam shut.
