Does triple science matter if you want to take medicine at imperial?

im in y11 right now and i am doing higher combined science in set 3 but soon i will have a test that will indicate whether i move up a set and consequently be given a choice of double or tripple science since only set 1 and 2s get the option to do triple.abit of context, i used to be in set1 but my performance(in everything tbh) went down due to some personal issues. im fine now, but science is one of my biggest issues as a consequence becuase my performance went down drastically.my predicted grade is currently a 7 but honestly i dont really study so i get 7-5s. howver when i do study i get 8-9. the problem is that since tests so far have been topic to topic they would be easier and looking at science as a whole is much harder. i really want to get into imperial and do medicine but i dont know if its worth doing triple or not?obviously this depends on how my test goes but i have high hopes. if anyone has any advice, opinions or qs i would very much appreciate it.

Doing seperate sciences at GCSES make it so much easier at A-levels. I don't think you need triple science, double science (bio and chem) would be good further down the road
