job ideas for first year medical student

Hi guys,
I'm struggling to find a job that fits my uni timetable? It changes every week and I have half days on some days, and because of the variability in the timetable it's hard to find a job that fits the hours. I'm a medical student btw (first year). Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences on where I could work?

Maybe start tutoring on the side, you’re definitely qualified enough!! My tutors a good online platform to get started on x

From the sound of it , it's probably easiest to look for e.g. bank/locum HCA shifts or something that you can just pick up as and when you have availability? I gather that's pretty common for medical students (I guess for that reason)?

Alternately, don't work during term time and just focus on picking up work during the breaks. Plenty of e.g. "Christmas temp" type jobs or (depending on location) seasonal summer work that you might be able to pick up.

Ah thank you! I have taken up a tutoring role but unfortunately it’s not a stable source of income but I’ll have a look on my tutors 🙂
