Fire alarm and loud construction during UCAT exam
I sat my UCAT exam today and had several disruptions at the test centre
The fire alarm went off 10 mins into the exam, at first we were told to ignore it as it was a test alarm, then we were told to evacuate the building, and then told it was a test and to ignore it again as we were leaving the room. This wasted about 5 mins during VR
There was also very loud construction all throughout the exam but especially during DM and QR, we were given earplugs and headphones but they weren't noise cancelling so didn't really help
I ended up getting 2300 B1 in the exam and I'm really disappointed because I was aiming for 2600-2700
The invigilator helped me create two incident reports for the disruptions and I'm waiting to hear back
I was wondering if anyone else experienced anything similar?
