None, doing TSA for oxford, so will be on my application, maybe will support the application.

No open days but visited campus.

So pumped for uni.

Applied for Oxford, KCL, Durham and SOAS + Southampton

As someone applying to study English Lit, I couldn't help but notice a couple of minor spelling errors.

First, I'd like to point out that according to the rules of syntax, it should be 'received' instead of 'recieved'.
Secondly, you terribly misspelt 'offer' by adding an extra 't' for no reason whatsoever.
I hope you didn't have any such errors in your application.

Congrats, is this a conditional offer? If so what are the grades you need?

4) Why Southampton specifically? state of the art facility, really loved it when i went on the open day

politics and economics - love the look of the course at southampton and all the optional modules available sound really interesting

excited for being done with sixth form haha but also rlly scared and nervous

lse, bristol, kcl, bath (all diff courses tho)

i’ve applied to school but they haven't sent it to the unis yet (its been 2 weeks…….) but ive been told soon this week! how long did it take u guys to receive offers after your school/college sent your application off if you did receive any?

So glad to hear that you are considering studying here in Southampton! You mentioned that you wished you had attended open days and so I would highly encourage you to look into some of our virtual events:

There are also virtual accommodation tours if that’s something that interests you! If you have any specific questions please don’t hesitate to ask- we would love to help and we have all been in your position 😊

About offers, do not worry about the timeline of receiving them. Sometimes it can be very quick (within a week or so) but other times it can take a lot longer due to volume of applicants. This time of year can be super stressful for students, but just know that you’re doing everything well!

1) A Level English Literature, Sociology, and History
2) Going to study Law (M100) at university, end goal is to become a lawyer specialising in contracts/sponsorships within motorsport.
3) Predicted A*AA with an achieved A in AS, GCSE's were meh 87776544
4) Choosing Southampton because it seems to be one of the nicer RG's in terms of student satisfaction and voice, and also because it's an extremely good safety if I don't get into my top choice.
5) None
6) Been to Southampton a few times, don't really feel the need to attend an open day
7) Definitely nervous about starting uni but knowing that everyone's in the same boat makes me feel better
8) I've gotten offers from Southampton, Sussex, and City London Uni, just waiting on Uni of Bristol and KCL.

Biology, Psychology, Welsh Bacc

Medicine with a Gateway Year

A*A*A*A*7AAAAABB and L2D, predicted A*A(A/B) unsure for last one haha

Blended independence and support, case based learning, wanted to stay south (close enough to family but far enough for the freedom), research driven university and top 20 in UK

sat UCAT and got 2440 (I'm so bad at quick maths), used medify for one month (not as often as I should have)

No but I've been to Southampton before and will be going to the campus next week for my interview!

Can't wait!

Keele for Medicine, Plymouth (Paramedic Science) and Cardiff (Biomedical Science) as backup options
